We design for the counselor doing three jobs, the chapter president with 18 credit hours, and the advisor who volunteers on weekends. Real life, not ideal conditions.

We started in K–12 schools, helping administrators and counselors run mentorship programs that fit inside the school day without requiring extra staff.
We expanded into Greek organizations because we saw the same problem: alumni who want to help, students who need mentors, and no system connecting them in a way that sticks.
Both worlds need the same thing — structure that makes the human connection possible, then gets out of the way.
